(collectively, “BNA”) respect the privacy of all visitors to this web site and will take reasonable precautions to ensure the privacy and security of information provided by such visitors. By entering this website you are consenting to the terms of BNA’s privacy statement and to BNA’s use of collected data.

1 - Purposes of data collection on this web site and disclosure to third parties

PRIVACY STATEMENT - EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD

1 - Controller

The controller of the processing of personal data provided by users through this website is Basell Sales & Marketing Company B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands, having its registered office at Weena 737, 3013 AM Rotterdam, The Netherlands, registered at the trade registry of the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam (The Netherlands) with number 34245062 (hereinafter referred to as "BSM").

BSM’s use of personal data has been notified to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (College bescherming persoonsgegevens)

2 - Purposes of data collection and disclosure to third parties

BSM may ask visitors of this website, or customers who register for the transaction area of this website, to provide a number of personal data (such as name, e-mail address, telephone, etc.) on a voluntary basis.
